Website’s conditions of use

Hashtag.Tourism's Website presents the business team and services provided.
Any user accessing and browsing through the Website accepts these conditions of use and must respect them.
These conditions of use do not apply to the modules incorporated into the Website allowing communication with third-party Websites and platforms which have defined their own conditions of use. We invite all users of these modules to read their respective publishers’ conditions of use.

These conditions may be modified at any time. Any modification will be published on the Website, and any user accessing the Website after their publication shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications.
These conditions of use are governed by Bulgarian law, and any disputes, particularly those concerning their application or interpretation, shall be resolved by the competent court of the City of Varna.

Links between Hashtag.Tourism’s Website and external websites

Any link posted from an external Website to Hashtag.Tourism’s Website is subject to Hashtag.Tourism’s prior authorization. Hashtag.Tourism reserves the right to sue any violator for damages incurred and profits missed. However, the availability of any interface or module on the Website offering such a possibility shall be deemed authorization by Hashtag.Tourism.

Clicking on any such links shall automatically redirect the user of the Website to these websites, which are subjected to their own conditions of use. Users access such external websites at their own risk. Hashtag.Tourism shall not be held liable for any content found thereon.

Liability

Hashtag.Tourism updates the contents and accessibility of the Website regularly, to permit access to and the use of the Website by all users under the best conditions.
However, Hashtag.Tourism cannot guarantee the real-time accuracy or entirety of the contents published on the Website.

However, Hashtag.Tourism does guarantee it employs available means to prevent any action of this kind.

Hashtag.Tourism cannot be held liable for any damages incurred or profits missed related to the quality of the Internet connection and/or the technical configuration.

Hashtag.Tourism shall not be held liable for any decision on whether or not to publish any comment and/or article. Such decisions remain subject to its sole discretion as Website publisher.

Hashtag.Tourism shall not be liable for any consequence, whether direct or indirect, of the reproduction and use of blog contents by users, notwithstanding the application of the provisions concerning intellectual property.

The Website has been developed in a technical environment selected by Hashtag.Tourism, and is kept up to date to ensure its accessibility.
