What is the purpose of processing the personal data collected on our website?

Personal data sent via our contact and message section
The personal data sent via our contact and message section, namely your first name(s), surname(s) and your email address, is used so that we may identify you and contact you to form the best possible understanding of your needs.
When you agree to send your personal data to Hashtag.Tourism, you also agree to allow Hashtag.Tourism to use this data for the aforementioned purposes.

Personal data sent via the newsletter sign-up section
When you send us your email address and your name in order to receive our newsletter, Hashtag.Tourism undertakes to use this data only for the stated purpose. You will be able to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

For how long are your data stored?

All data collected via our contact sections are kept only for the length of time needed to achieve the purpose(s) for which they are collected.
The data sent via the contact and message section will be either deleted immediately if we cannot proceed with your contact request, or kept for the duration of our collaboration or until you withdraw your consent.
In the case of a job application, Hashtag.Tourism informs you that the information you send may be kept for a maximum of 2 years in its CV library. After two years, it shall be deleted or you will be asked to renew your consent to its storage. 
Similarly, the data collected via the contact and message sections may be kept for up to 2 years after they are received if they may potentially be of interest to Hashtag.Tourism in the longer term.
The data collected when you sign up to the newsletter will be kept unless you withdraw your consent to using it to send you the newsletter. An unsubscribe link is provided in every newsletter.

Who can access your data?

Your data may only be accessed by competent personnel who need to access it in order to process it effectively.
Hashtag.Tourism will never sell your data. The personal data collected may be provided to our partners, who act as processors of personal data on behalf of Hashtag.Tourism and act in full compliance with applicable data protection legislation. We comply with the condition that the relevant information may be used only within the limits set by the legal basis on which it is collected or by your personal consent to the processing performed on behalf of Hashtag.Tourism, and that this information is confidential.
